Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.

  Ship to CellularShack

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and ensure all data has been wiped, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
