New devices are factory-sealed in original packaging. Certified Pre-Owned devices undergo a rigorous 90-point inspection, are fully functional, and come with a 90-day CellularShack warranty.
How long does shipping take within Canada?
We offer standard shipping (3-7 business days) and express shipping (1-3 business days) via Canada Post or FedEx. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same day.
What is your return policy for electronics?
We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on all devices. Items must be returned in their original condition with all accessories included. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to opened 'New' items.
Do you offer any warranty on repairs or purchases?
Absolutely. All device purchases include a minimum 90-day warranty, and all hardware repairs performed at our service centers come with a 6-month warranty on parts and labor.
